LR

Linzi Rice

Studio Director

Linzi Rice has been dancing since the age of 3 and founded In His Steps Dance Company in 2011 — now rebranded as IMPACT Dance Studio. She has earned high scores and overall achievements in competitions across the state of Florida and was named Top Soloist at Star Systems' National Talent Competition. For over two decades she has choreographed the dance and aerial numbers for Grace Tabernacle's "The Gift" and "The Passion" — major Broadway-style productions performed to over 12,000 people annually. Under her leadership, the studio has earned over 100 top awards regionally and nationally.

Victoria has been dancing since the age of 5. She was co-captain of a nationally ranked dance and cheer team from 2010–2016 and assisted in the choreography of routines that placed as high as 2nd in the Nation at UDA's National Dance Team Championship. She is an All American Dancer for the United Dance Association and has performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City with the Spirit of America Dance Team.

Ainsley Williams

Instructor

My name is Ainsley Williams and I am so excited to be back home at Impact Dance Studio, where my own dance journey first began as a student. Growing up training on these exact floors shaped my love for movement and performance, and returning as an instructor is an absolute dream come true. Outside of the studio, I bring my passion for working with children into my career as a first-grade teacher at Wildwood Elementary School. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Florida, which gives me a unique perspective on child development, patience, and positive reinforcement. With three years of experience teaching preschool dance and acrobatics, I specialize in helping our youngest dancers build strong technical foundations, coordination, and body awareness—all while having fun! My goal is to create a magical, encouraging environment where tiny tots and acrobats can build confidence, make friends, and fall in love with the art of dance just like I did. I cannot wait to see your little ones shine on stage!

As a teach, I aspire to share my love of dance with all ages and create a positive environment for all students! I am so excited to be a teacher this year and am looking forward to what it has in store!
